Master Plan Focus Groups

As we continue our work on the Master Plan, your continued involvement is crucial to the success of our project and we are now asking you to participate in a Focus Group of your choice.

The focus groups provide a way to continue the conversations started at the first community forum and to broaden public engagement and participation throughout the community.  These discussions will help to identify issues, goals, and strategies for the Master Plan.

We are planning to organize focus groups on topics that will be part of the Master Plan: Open Space/Recreation, Transportation, Town Image, Public Infrastructure, Downtown, Schools, Energy & Sustainability and Healthy Community.

We would like to thank all the people who participated in the Master Plan Public Forum that was held on October 15th. We had over 100 participants representing residents, businesses, non-profit agencies, and town government.  Your participation and opinions are invaluable to the development of our community's Master Plan.  A summary of the public meeting and materials that were handed out at the meeting are now available to download from the Master Plan web site.
